Common questions
Do I need any technical setup to connect Facebook?
No. You sign in with your existing Facebook account and grant DripZEN access to your Pages — the same one-time permission flow used by most Facebook-connected apps. No API keys, no developer account, no Zapier.
What happens to leads I already have in Facebook before connecting?
Any lead currently sitting in Meta's Lead Center gets pulled in during the initial sync (as long as it's within Facebook's 90-day retention window). Older leads you've exported can be added via CSV import.
Can more than one person on my team see incoming leads?
